We offer a range of fleet maintenance tasks, including accounts payable, invoicing on in-house & client systems, manual processing of truck repair service work orders, data entry on in-house & client systems, and comparing invoice price and line items (labor and parts). Our aim is to enhance the efficient maintenance & repair of the trucks.

What does Process-Smart do?

Process-Smart specializes in the offshoring of tasks that are either best done by a person, require quality control, are time-sensitive and automation is too expensive to implement. We have worked with clients to seamlessly integrate disparate systems (such as the FEDEX billing system with internal tracking, and email orders into an ERP)

How does Process-Smart get work done?

We utilize employees across the world to complete tasks for clients. These folks are educated in local universities and due to the lower cost of living can provide a very high quality of work for a low cost. Because we utilize employees we have control over security, training, and retention. Our work product is much higher quality than what is typically delivered by a subcontractor workforce (all 1099s).

We provide the below services for fleet maintenance companies

Accounts Payable: We validate a three-way match, code invoice line items to specific G/L accounts, and update systems so PO and invoices match. Our services operate round the clock, ensuring month-end closing is completed in time for month-end balancing on the 1st of each month.
Invoicing on In-house & Client systems: We receive invoices and we create identical electronic invoices to ensure efficient processing.
Manual Processing of Truck Repair Service Work Orders: We match line items & pricing to ensure consistency of systems.
Data Entry on In-house & Client systems: We enter data for report consolidation and analyze details for fleet vehicles and related assets.
Invoice Price and line items (Labor and parts) matching: We compare prices across systems to valid with each line item along with the quantity specified for the goods receipts on the invoices.
