Step 1: Log In to LMN
- Log into your LMN account using your provided credentials.
- Once logged in, you will be directed to the dashboard.
Step 2: Access the Whiteboard
- Navigate to Schedule from the dashboard.
- Under Schedule, select Whiteboard to view crew routes and scheduled visits.
Step 3: Locate the Crew Lead
- In the Whiteboard view, find the crew lead whose route needs optimization.
- Review the scheduled visits assigned to that crew.
Step 4: Select Visits for Optimization
- Select all relevant visits that need to be included in the optimized route.
- Click on Crew Actions, then choose Optimize Routes from the dropdown menu.

- Click Show Map to view the updated route.
