We employed a client’s custom mobile application along with photo technology to create specific audit checklists. The lists were then transferred to our third-party information processors, who completed audits using photos and confirming against expectancies.
Any exceptions were identified and reports could then be engaged by the client. This produced a secondary 99.5% quality screen to raise quality to six sigma levels.
